Welcome to the media tools and related services (the "Services") provided by Three Stone. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). - Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to obtain the source code of the Services;
- Using the Services for purposes other than their intended use, or interfering with other users' normal use.
Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of the software, interfaces, icons, copy, and other materials contained in the Services are owned by Three Stone or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense such content. The intellectual property of content you generate while using the Services belongs to you or the respective rights holder, but you grant us the license necessary to operate and improve the Services.
Content and Moderation
You bear full responsibility for content you upload or generate yourself. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, edit, or remove any content. If we discover content that violates the rules, we may delete it or restrict its distribution without further notice, and take action against the relevant account as appropriate.
Service Changes and Termination
We may change, suspend, or terminate some or all of the Services at any time, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance. If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your account and Service access at any time. Upon termination of the Terms, you should cease all use of the Services.
Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no express or implied warranties regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the Services. We are not liable for any interruption, errors, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Services.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, for any claims arising from the use of or inability to use the Services, our total liability shall be limited to the fees you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim; if you have not made any paid transactions, we shall have no liability.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction.
